Welcome to our platform. Whether you’re registering as a seller or a professional, please note that you represent the face of our business. We expect all vendors to uphold a high standard of professionalism, honesty, and integrity in every interaction with customers. Kindly review the following instructions as well as terms and conditions carefully and adhere to them at all times. If you need clarification on any point, do not hesitate to contact us. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Radiantlinks (also referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a platform that offers Listing services, VTU services and a multivendor online store
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website, application, and any other related services.
ELIGIBILITY
Our services are open to individuals who are legally qualified to use online services. Vendors and buyers must register and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
CONSENT
By using our services, you consent to our policies and authorize us to collect, store, and use the data you provide for business purposes, including communication with customers, vendors, and prospective service seekers.
KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)
All users of our platform—including but not limited to vendors—are required to provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requirement is especially crucial for vendors who wish to sell or offer services through our platform.
We reserve the right to diligently verify all information submitted. Any individual or business found to have submitted false, misleading, or fraudulent details will face immediate action, which may include but is not limited to: account suspension, permanent ban from the platform, loss of access to funds, and legal proceedings under applicable laws.
By registering on our platform, you agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity. Any attempt to deceive customers, the platform, or other parties will result in strict penalties and potential legal consequences.
PRODUCTS
Our platform serves as a marketplace for products and services sold by independent third-party vendors. While we provide the platform, the vendors are solely responsible for the products they list. However, we maintain strict guidelines to protect the safety, legality, and integrity of our marketplace.
The sale or promotion of the following product categories is strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Cryptocurrency and Digital Currency Products – Including but not limited to Bitcoin, altcoins, tokens, ICO promotions, crypto mining tools, or wallets.
- Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances – Including prescription drugs sold without a license, recreational drugs, and any related paraphernalia.
- Harmful or Toxic Chemicals and Substances – Such as industrial chemicals, poisons, acids, or hazardous materials that pose a risk to health or safety.
- Weapons and Explosives – Firearms, ammunition, knives, stun guns, fireworks, and any equipment classified as weapons.
- Products Illegal Under Nigerian Law – Any item or service prohibited by the constitution or law enforcement authorities of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Products Linked to Human or Child Trafficking – Any content, service, or listing that facilitates or promotes exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any person.
- Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material – Including adult toys, pornography, or sexually suggestive media and services.
- Counterfeit or Pirated Goods – Any products that infringe on intellectual property rights, including fake designer items, pirated software, or replicas.
- Stolen Goods or Fraudulently Obtained Products – Including any item for which the seller does not have lawful ownership or rights to sell.
- Live Animals or Animal Parts – Including exotic pets, endangered species, ivory, animal skins, or products from protected wildlife.
- Gambling, Betting, or Lottery Services – Unless explicitly licensed and permitted under applicable Nigerian law.
- Government-Issued Documents or Services – Such as IDs, passports, licenses, birth certificates, or any document that can be used for identity fraud.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies without prior notice, and to take action against vendors who repeatedly or seriously breach these rules. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and our terms of service.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features of our services, you will be required to create an account. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
USE OF SERVICE
You agree to use Our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use Our Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Our Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Our Services or any related systems or networks
- Use any automated means to access or use any of Our Services.
- Collect or harvest personal data from Our website or applications.
- Defraud anyone through our website.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return Procedure
Vendors must accept returns and provide refunds or replacements as applicable, subject to our return and refund policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be specified for each product, and added to the product initial price.
Shipping Procedures
Shipping date, estimated delivery date and tracking information will be available when a product is ordered.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment Methods
We accept debit/credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. Payment instructions shall be available in the payment page. These instructions must be followed carefully. Radiantlinks will not be liable for losses incurred through customer carelessness.
Payments to Vendors
Vendors may request payouts at any time. However, all payment disbursements will be processed seven (7) days after the request. This delay allows us to honour our 7-day return policy, ensuring customer satisfaction and product integrity.
Payments will only be disbursed once:
- The customer has received the product and no return request has been initiated within the 7-day window; or
- Any applicable return period has elapsed without incident.
This policy is in place to protect both customers and vendors, and to maintain trust in the platform’s transaction process.
INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDORS
(For All Registered Sellers and Professionals)
- Provide Accurate Product Descriptions: Ensure all product listings include complete and accurate details to prevent misunderstandings or “what I ordered vs. what I got” scenarios. Clear, detailed descriptions help build trust and improve customer satisfaction.
- Familiarize Yourself with the Platform: Take time to understand how our website functions, especially your vendor dashboard. This will help you manage your listings and orders more efficiently.
- Professionals – Share Your Expertise: If you are registering as a professional, provide detailed information about your skills, qualifications, and the services you offer. Always communicate with clients in a respectful and professional manner.
- Let Your Work Speak for You: Your professionalism and the quality of your products or services are your strongest marketing tools. Consistently delivering excellence enhances your reputation and earns customer loyalty.
- We Are a Team: Let’s work collaboratively—as partners and as a team—to grow this platform and support each other in building a successful business community.
- Sales Commission: A minimal commission of 2% is charged on all products or services sold through our website. This percentage is subject to review, and you will be duly informed ahead of any changes.
- Free Promotion for Professionals:
Currently, no charges apply to professionals for listing their services. Should this policy change in the future, advance notice will be provided. - Stay Informed: Regularly check your email and vendor dashboard for updates, notifications, or important messages. These are our primary channels of communication.
- Operate with Integrity: Under no circumstances should you misrepresent your offerings, overpromise, or attempt to defraud customers. Honesty is essential for long-term success.
- Promote Your Products and Services: Take advantage of the platform’s global reach by actively sharing your product or service links. Marketing is a shared responsibility—your effort matters.
- Configure Your Listings Correctly:
Ensure each product or service is properly set up. This includes defining accurate shipping destinations and conditions based on what you can realistically fulfil. - Shipping: Vendors can create their shipping settings. This is highly recommended.
- Shop Policy: All vendors are required to clearly outline their privacy policy, Terms and Conditions, as well as Refund Policy

VTU Service & Wallet Use Policy
Introduction
Radiantlinks Dynamic Concept provides a Virtual Top-Up (VTU) platform that allows customers to conveniently purchase digital services such as airtime, data bundles, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions, and examination pins from the comfort of their devices.
To use our VTU services, all customers are required to register an account on our website (https://radiantlinks.com) and complete a basic Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This includes providing accurate identification details and valid contact information.
By registering on our platform, you agree to be bound by this policy and all other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of our services.
Wallet Funding & Usage
All wallet or account funding on Radiantlinks is intended solely for the purchase of services offered through our platform, including but not limited to:
– Airtime top-up
– Internet data bundles
– Electricity bill payments
– Cable TV subscriptions (e.g., DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
– Examination pin purchases (e.g., WAEC, NECO, JAMB)
Funds may not be withdrawn, transferred, or used for any purpose outside these services.
Account and Wallet Terms
– Wallet balances are personal, non-transferable, and tied to the registered user.
– Wallet funds cannot be shared, gifted, or sold to others.
– No peer-to-peer transfers or third-party top-ups are allowed.
– Wallet funding must originate from a verified source (card, bank, etc.).
Refunds and Failed Transactions
– Failed or undelivered transactions will be refunded to your wallet balance after verification.
– Duplicate charges, if any, will be investigated and credited accordingly.
– Refunds are issued as wallet credits only, not cash or bank transfers.
Wallet Balance Validity
– Wallet balances remain valid indefinitely as long as your account is active.
– Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be suspended or closed.
– Suspended accounts may have funds frozen depending on the nature of the violation.
Disputes and Logs
– Transaction history is accessible from your user dashboard.
– Disputes or complaints must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
– Radiantlinks will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with our internal procedures.
Legal Disclaimer
Radiantlinks Dynamic Concept is not a bank, mobile money operator, or licensed financial institution. Our wallet feature operates solely as an internal credit system to facilitate the purchase of VTU services.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for keeping their bank, debit, and credit card details secure.
Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all content, graphics, and logos, are the properties of Radiantlinks or its licensors. You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Our Service without Our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of Our Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiantlinks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of Our Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with/without notice if you do not adhere to the terms, conditions, and policies.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our Service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
